Ingredients/Components

  • butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
  • all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
  • light cream - 3/4 c
  • soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 lb

How to make mushroom sauce:

Melt butter, add mushrooms; sprinkle with flour, toss. Cook over medium heat; stirring for 8 to 10 minutes. Add soy sauce, slowly stir in cream. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Season to taste.
