Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
- light cream - 3/4 c
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 lb
How to make mushroom sauce:
Melt butter, add mushrooms; sprinkle with flour, toss. Cook over medium heat; stirring for 8 to 10 minutes. Add soy sauce, slowly stir in cream. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Season to taste.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low calorie, Condiments, etc..
