Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- hot water - 2 c
- stalks celery - 2 item
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- raw rice - 1 c
- bouillon cubes - 2 item
- small can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make mushroom rice casserole:
Mix 2 bouillon cubes in hot water and set aside until mixed well. Saute green pepper, onion and celery in butter after chopping up. In a medium casserole dish, mix all ingredients and stir well. Salt to taste. Bake covered at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, White rice.
