Ingredients/Components

  • stick butter - 1 item
  • hot water - 2 c
  • stalks celery - 2 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • raw rice - 1 c
  • bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • small can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item

How to make mushroom rice casserole:

Mix 2 bouillon cubes in hot water and set aside until mixed well. Saute green pepper, onion and celery in butter after chopping up. In a medium casserole dish, mix all ingredients and stir well. Salt to taste. Bake covered at 325° for 1 hour.
