Mushroom meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- parsley, cut fine - 1 Tbsp
- crushed dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make mushroom meatballs:
Measure out 1/4 cup soup. Combine with hamburger, crumbs, onion, parsley and egg. Shape into 16 meatballs 1 1/2-inch in diameter. Brown in butter in skillet. Blend remaining soup with water and pour over browned meatballs. Cook ingredients over low heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
