Mushroom marinade
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt
- salad oil
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1/8 tsp
- finely minced garlic - 1 Tbsp
- fresh lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1 c
- bunch chives, chopped - 1 item
- bottled browning sauce - 2 tsp
- fresh mushrooms, washed and dried - 1 lb
How to make mushroom marinade:
Whisk all ingredients except mushrooms in deep bowl until well combined. Add mushrooms. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or preferably overnight.This marinade also works well with sliced zucchini, cauliflower or broccoli.
