Mushroom chicken
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- jar mushrooms - 1 item
- medium potatoes, peeled and cut - 3 item
- medium carrot, peeled and thinly sliced - 1 item
- parsley and paprika - 1 item
How to make mushroom chicken:
Place chicken in baking dish. Arrange potatoes and carrot slices around chicken. Sprinkle with onion. Then place spoonfuls of mushroom soup throughout dish. Fill can once with water and put in dish, then put mushrooms on the top. Sprinkle with parsley, paprika and garlic powder. Bake for approximately 1 hour (depending on chicken). Cover for the first 1/2 hour, then uncover for remaining time at 350°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
