- flour - 4 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- chicken broth
- cube margarine - 1 item
- sherry - 4 Tbsp
- rosemary - 1/2 tsp
- fresh sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- fryers, cut up - 2 item
How to make mushroom chicken:
Sprinkle fryers with salt, pepper and paprika. Fry until brown in one cube margarine. Place in casserole dish(es). Brown sliced mushrooms. Add flour, broth, rosemary and sherry; cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
