Ingredients/Components
- grated cheese - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- mushrooms
- celery - 3/4 c
- green peppers - 3/4 c
- onions - 3/4 c
- can undiluted cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- buttered croutons - 1 item
How to make mushroom casserole:
Saute vegetables for 5 minutes. Drain and cool. Add mayonnaise. Butter a casserole dish. Layer buttered croutons and mushroom mixture. Cover with soup. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Top with grated cheese the last 15 minutes of baking.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Low Carb.
