  • egg yolks - 4 item
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • can coconut - 1 item
  • box lemon cake mix - 1 item
  • box instant lemon pudding - 1 item
  • can Mountain Dew - 1 oz
  • Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes

How to make mountain dew cake:

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool.Icing:1 stick margarine, softened2 c. sugar4 egg yolks3 Tbsp. cornstarch1 can coconut Combine all ingredients except coconut; cook for 5 minutes or until thick. Stir in the coconut. Spread on cooled cake.
