  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 4 item
  • coconut - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple with juice
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • box instant lemon pudding - 1 item
  • can Mountain Dew - 12 oz
  • box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix - 1 item

How to make mountain dew cake:

Icing:1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice2 c. sugar4 egg yolks4 Tbsp. cornstarch1 stick margarine1 c. coconut Mix together cake ingredients and pour into a large sheet cake pan or 4 layer cake pans. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

For Icing: Mix ingredients and cook until thick. Spread on cake while cake is still warm.
