  • Chinese pea pods - 1/4 lb
  • jar mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
  • can sliced bamboo shoots, drained - 1 1/2
  • medium sized, skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 4 item
  • minced peeled ginger root or 1/4 tsp - 3/4 tsp

How to make moo goo gai pan:
