Monkey bread
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- white sugar - 3/4 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- to 3 1/2 cans biscuits - 3 item
How to make monkey bread:
Pour chopped pecans in bottom of greased and floured Bundt pan. Combine white sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Take biscuits and cut biscuits in fourths. Coat with sugar mixture. Drop evenly in pan. Then combine oleo, brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and boil 1 minute. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breads, Rolls/biscuits.
