Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 3/4 1
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
- cans biscuits 10 to can - 4 item
How to make monkey bread:
Combine and boil for a few minutes the brown sugar, butter and milk. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix cinnamon and white sugar. Cut 2 cans of biscuits into quarters. Toss them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture and drop into tube pan. Sprinkle some of the mixture over the biscuits, then pour 1/2 syrup and 1/2 nuts. Repeat with the other 2 cans of biscuits, but sprinkle on nuts first, then pour on syrup. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Turn out on place to cool at least 5 minutes before serving.
