Monkey bread



  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • cans biscuits - 3 item

How to make monkey bread:

Cut biscuits into fourths; mix sugar and cinnamon. Coat each biscuit well. (Use bowl or bag.) Mix brown sugar and margarine; heat until hot. Put 1/2 of the biscuit pieces into a greased Bundt pan or tube pan. Pour 1/2 of the syrup over; add 1/2 nuts, coconut and raisins. Then add the rest of biscuit pieces, nuts, etc. Bake approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown. If you use a tube pan, place on a cookie sheet to bake.
