Monkey bread



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar, firmly packed - 1 c
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • cans biscuits - 3 oz

How to make monkey bread:

Sprinkle pecans on bottom of well-greased Bundt pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Cut biscuits into quarters. Roll each in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Layer in pan. May be refrigerated overnight at this stage. Then pour mixture over just before baking.

Combine brown sugar and melted butter. Pour over dough. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and invert.
