Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cans Ballard biscuits or 1 to 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed - 3 item
How to make monkey bread:
Combine 1 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll dough into balls and roll in sugar mixture. Drop in greased round cake pan. In pan, heat margarine, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Heat until mixed good, then pour over balls in pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then turn upside down.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breads, Rolls/biscuits.
