Mom's meat loaf
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- packed brown sugar
- milk
- salt
- Worcestershire sauce
- chopped onions
- ketchup
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- finely crushed saltines
How to make mom's meat loaf:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, saltines, onions, salt and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Shape into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread 3/4 cup over meat loaf. Bake at 350° for 60 to 65 or or until no pink remains. Drain. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce.
