Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- cans stewed tomatoes - 2 oz
- to 14 large black olives, sliced - 12 item
- small minced onion or onion powder - 1 item
How to make mom's meat loaf:
Blend stewed tomatoes lightly in a blender (few seconds). Combine all ingredients; add stewed tomatoes. Shape into loaf. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Meatloaf.
