- flour
- baking powder
- sugar
- salt
- cream of tartar
- Crisco
- milk
How to make mom's biscuits:
Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in Crisco. Add milk. Knead with floured hands a few times. Cut out. Place on baking sheet, just touching. Bake at 450° for 14 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, High calcium.
