  • evaporated milk - 2/3 c
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • self-rising flour - 2 c

How to make molasses cake:

Mix sugar and oil; add eggs and milk. Then add nutmeg, cinnamon and flour. Grease and flour 11 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
