- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- corn oil - 3/4 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- box instant lemon pudding - 1 oz
- In large bowl, beat eggs good
How to make moist lemon cake:
Mix together cake mix and pudding. In large bowl, beat eggs good. Add corn oil and water to eggs. Stir in dry ingredients. Beat 4 minutes. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan (grease and flour pan). Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°. When done and while hot, punch holes in cake and glaze.Glaze:2 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. lemon juice2 Tbsp. melted butter Mix together.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lactose Free.
