  • raisins - 3/4 c
  • 8 oz - 1 c
  • skim milk - 1 c
  • ground allspice - 1/2 tsp
  • pastry shell 9-inch, baked - 1 item

How to make mock sour cream raisin pie:

In a saucepan, combine milk and yogurt. Add the pudding mix; cook and stir constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in allspice. Add raisins; mix well. Let cool for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into pastry shell. Chill at least 2 hours. Yield: 8 servings.
