Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, peeled and minced - 2 item
- freshly cracked black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped Belgian endive 4 heads - 3 c
- torn romaine lettuce 2 heads - 6 c
- chopped tomato 1 large
How to make mock caesar salad:
Put the garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice in a salad bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add the endive and romaine lettuce. Toss to coat. Sprinkle the black pepper and Parmesan cheese on top.
