- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- lemon pepper seasoning - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- caraway seed, crushed - 1 tsp
- dry dill weed - 1 tsp
- dry basil - 1 tsp
- fresh chopped chives - 1 tsp
How to make mock boursin au poivre:
Blend cream cheese with garlic, caraway seed, basil, dill weed and chives. Pat into round flat shape using plastic wrap. Sprinkle all sides with lemon pepper. Chill.Serve with rye or pumpernickel crackers.
