Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• water
• cream of tartar - 5 tsp

How to make mock apple pie:

Mix and bring to a boil. Drop in 25 Ritz crackers and boil 5 minutes. Pour in unbaked pie shell; add top crust. Dot with butter and bake in a 325° oven until done.
