- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1/4 c
- can French-cut green beans - 1 item
- can almonds, nuts or water chestnuts - 1/2 item
- Topping: Ritz crackers small box
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Topping: Ritz crackers (small box)1/2 stick oleo Mix drained vegetables. Add other ingredients. Top with 1/2 box cracker crumbs mixed with oleo. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
