Ingredients/Components
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- Miracle Whip salad dressing - 3/4 c
- can water chestnuts, sliced and drained - 1 item
- can mixed vegetables, drained - 1 item
- sleeve Ritz crackers - 1 item
- sprinkle of onion salt - 1 item
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Butter 6 x 10 casserole. Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole. Crush crackers and spread on top. Pour melted oleo on top. Sprinkle little Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
