Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Swiss cheese - 1 c
- can Durkee fried onions - 1 item
- broccoli, carrot and cauliflower mixed frozen vegetables - 1 pkg
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and 1/2 can onions. Pour in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake in a 350° preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Add rest of cheese and onion. Return to oven and cook uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
