Mississippi mud pie



  • cream cheese - 1 (8
  • milk - 3 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • crushed pecans - 2 c
  • instant chocolate pudding
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • large Cool Whip - 1 item

How to make mississippi mud pie:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix pecans, flour and butter (do not melt). Press in bottom of glass pan. Bake for 15 minutes; cool. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on top of pecan mixture. Mix pudding and milk. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Let chill 1 hour.
