- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2/4 c
- coconut - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- self-rising flour
- box confectioners sugar - 1/2 item
- stick margarine, melted - 3/4 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- jar Marshmallow Creme
- sticks margarine, melted - 2 item
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Icing:7 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme1/3 c. cocoa1/2 box confectioners sugar3/4 stick margarine, melted2/4 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Mix well. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Icing: Spread Marshmallow Creme over cake while hot. Mix other ingredients and spread over Marshmallow Creme. Swirl to make icing look like mud.
