  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • bag marshmallows - 1 item
  • small can coconut - 1 item
  • Add the next 4 ingredients with the first 4, but mix them by hand

How to make mississippi mud cake:

Beat the first 4 ingredients together until creamy. Add the next 4 ingredients with the first 4, but mix them by hand. Batter will be heavy. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes. Put marshmallows on cake while hot, then spread frosting on top of cake.Frosting:1 box powdered sugar1 stick butter1/2 c. cocoa1/2 c. evaporated milk Mix all together.
