Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- coconut
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- plain flour
- pecans
- large jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
- Add eggs, and vanilla, mix well
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Cream margarine, cocoa and butter. Add eggs, and vanilla, mix well. Add flour, coconut and pecans. Continue to beat for 2 minutes. Pour into sheet cake pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes in 350° oven. Spread marshmallow cream over cake while hot. Allow to cool in pan.Topping:1 stick margarine1 Tbsp. cocoa1 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla flavoring1 c. powdered sugar Melt margarine. Add cocoa.
