Mississippi mud cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts
- flour
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Melt margarine and cocoa together. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and eggs. Mix well. Add flour, salt, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Spoon batter into a well-greased pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows on top of warm cake. Frost with a chocolate frosting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
