Mississippi mud
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- flour
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- pecans
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- small jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
- Icing:1/2 stick margarine
How to make mississippi mud:
Icing:1/2 stick margarine1/3 c. cocoa1/3 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. box powdered sugar Melt cocoa and margarine; cool slightly and add eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Pour into well greased pan. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Top with marshmallow cream while cake is hot. Allow to cool.Icing: Melt together first 4 ingredients, then add powdered sugar. Spread onto cooled cake.
