Miniature ham loaves
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- eggs - 2 item
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
- ground mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup, undiluted - 1 3/4
- ground fully cooked ham
- 1/4 bulk pork sausage - 1 item
How to make miniature ham loaves:
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and cracker crumbs. Mix well. Add ham and sausage. Shape 1/3 cupfuls into individual loaves. Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Combine the tomato soup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard. Mix well and pour over loaves. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting every 30 minutes. You can use 1/2 cup mixture instead of 1/3, but I like the smaller loaves.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ham, Pork sausage.
