Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- heavy cream - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- minced onion - 2 tsp
- dill weed - 1/4 tsp
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cooked shrimp - 1 oz
- butter flake rolls - 1 pkg
How to make mini quiche:
Grease muffin tin. Split rolls in 1/2 roll until flat. Put in tin. Add shrimp. Beat remaining ingredients. Put 2 teaspoons in each tin. Top with cheese. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Savory pies, Quiche.
