Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- catsup - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- sausage - 2 lb
- 1
- loaves party rye bread - 2 item
- pizza sauce Ragu - 1 item
How to make mini pizzas:
Saute sausage until done and crumbly. Drain off fat. Add cheese and melt. Add oregano, catsup, A.1. sauce and salt. Mix well. Spread on bread generously. Put pizza sauce on top of each. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place on cookie sheet and freeze, then put in plastic bags and store in freezer. Will keep well. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, until bubbly.
