Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- vanilla wafers - 2 doz
- cherry - 1 can
- foil cupcake wrappers - 1 item
How to make mini cheesecakes:
Cream together vanilla, sugar, cream cheese and eggs. Place cookies flat side down in wrappers. Drop glob of mixture on cookie so cup is about 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or more. When cool, top with pie filling or fresh fruit.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 30 mins.
