Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- can pork and beans - 1 item
- oregano - 1 item
- carrots - 4 item
- stalks celery - 4 item
- parsley - 1 item
- frozen spinach - 1 pkg
- onion - 1 item
- head cabbage - 1/2 item
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- can chopped tomatoes - 1 oz
- salad macaroni - 1/2 c
- stew meat and stock - 1 lb
- can garbanzos, undrained - 1 item
How to make minestrone soup:
Cut stew meat up and brown. Cover with stock. Add chopped carrots, celery and onion. Cook until almost done and add cabbage. Add the undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, garbanzos, pork and beans and macaroni. Add Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano to taste, salt, pepper and frozen spinach, thawed.
