Million dollar pie
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
How to make million dollar pie:
Beat milk and lemon juice together with a mixer. Fold in pineapple and nuts and mix well. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Pour into 8-inch pie shells.* Refrigerate before serving. Freezes very well. Makes 2 pies.*I use graham cracker crusts.
For double recipe, use 6 ounces pecans, 12 ounce Cool Whip and fill three 8-inch pie shells nice and full.
