Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- salsa - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- finely chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- finely chopped bell pepper - 2 Tbsp
- tostados, crumbled - 1 item
How to make migas:
Melt butter in a large skillet. Allow to cool slightly. Stir Tabasco into eggs and pour into skillet. Return to heat. When eggs are almost cooked, add cheese and turn heat to lowest setting. Stir in crumbled tostados. Serve hot with salsa. Serves 2.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, < 60 mins, Egg.
