Microwave scalloped potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/4 1/2
- paprika - 1 item
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- thinly sliced and peeled potatoes - 4 c
How to make microwave scalloped potatoes:
Spread margarine on bottom of 8 x 8-inch or similar size casserole. Layer potatoes across bottom of pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over potatoes. Dot with margarine. Add additional layer of potatoes, spices and margarine. Repeat until potatoes are used. Sprinkle paprika across top of potatoes. Cover with Saran Wrap. Microwave on High for 15 minutes.
