Microwave scalloped potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- evaporated milk - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium potatoes, peeled and sliced - 4 item
- parmesan cheese-optional - 1 Tbsp
How to make microwave scalloped potatoes:
In microwave safe dish, combine soup and milk until blended. Stir in the potatoes, cheddar cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and cook in microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir. Cook for 10-12 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Stir and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
