- milk
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
- medium onions, thinly sliced - 2 item
How to make microwave scalloped potatoes:
Arrange potatoes and onions in a 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour over potatoes and toss to coat evenly. Dot butter around the dish and pour milk over top. Cover and microwave 20 to 25 minutes until potatoes are tender. Stir and rotate once during cooking. Allow to stand for 5 minutes after cooking.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
