- white sugar - 2/3 c
- mochiko
How to make microwave mochi:
Mix dry ingredients; add water and stir until smooth. Pour batter into Pyrex dish greased with margarine. Set microwave oven at 9 minutes on High. When cool, cut with plastic knife. Mochi will be sticky, so sprinkle with mochiko or roll in kinako.Recipe categories: Desserts, Asian, Japanese.
