- sugar - 1 c
- mochiko
- plus approximately 2 Tbsp
How to make microwave mochi:
Mix together; put in circular microwave tube pan. Cook on High for 7 minutes if in a carousel microwave. If not, cook for 3 1/2 minutes on High; stop and turn 180° and cook another 3 1/2 minutes on High. Turn out and cool. Sprinkle with mochiko and cut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Asian, Japanese.
