Microwave macaroni and cheese

- milk - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- uncooked macaroni - 1 c
- chopped onion OR 1 Tbsp - 1/4 c
- Dash of Tabasco Sauce - 1 item
- cubed or grated cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make microwave macaroni and cheese:
In a 2 quart casserole dish combine macaroni, flour, onion, salt, and Tabasco Sauce. Stir in milk and water; dot with margarine. Cook covered on HIGH for 10 to 12 minutes or until macaroni is just about tender. Stir every 4 minutes. Remove from microwave; stir in cheese. LET STAND 3 to 5 MINUTES to finish cooking.
