Ingredients/Components
- confectioners sugar - 4 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
How to make microwave fudge:
Blend sugar and cocoa in 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish. Pour in milk. Put butter in center of mixture. Heat on Full power 2 to 3 minutes. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir well. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Makes 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
