Microwave caramel corn



  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • popped corn - 3 qt
  • Karo syrup light - 1/4 c

How to make microwave caramel corn:

Boil brown sugar, Karo syrup and margarine for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes. While waiting, spray brown paper bag with Pam and put corn in. When mixture is done cooking, take out of microwave and add vanilla and baking soda. Stir until foamy. Pour over corn. Cl
