Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- light corn syrup - 1/4 c
- popcorn - 4 qt
How to make microwave caramel corn:
Pop popcorn and put in large microwaveproof bowl. Mix in another glass bowl the brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt. Cook on High for 2 minutes. Stir and cook for another 3 minutes. Add vanilla and soda. Pour over, a little at a time, the popcorn.Recipe categories: Desserts, Microwave, Candy.
