How to make microwave cake:
For a refreshing dessert, ready in a flash, try a yellow microwave cake mix with sliced bananas and a glaze of apricot preserves.To make this Banana-Citrus Cake: Prepare the cake mix in the pan according to package directions, substituting orange juice for water. Microwave according to directions. Remember to invert the cake onto a serving plate immediately. Cool. Slice the bananas; arrange over top of cake. In small bowl, microwave the apricot preserves on High for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until melted. Brush over bananas.
